Ciara Teams With "Glamour" Magazine For Talent Contest

R&B songstress Ciara has joined forces with Glamour magazine for a new project called Glamour Reel Music.
The project was created to further advance the careers of emerging female artists in the music industry and will showcase the talents of three unique woman as they vie for the top spot in an online competition.
Ciara hand-picked the three up and comers, who consist of Sony/Epic recording artist Paula Campbell, Sony/Columbia recording artist Tiffany Evans and Jive Records signee Samantha Jade. The winner of the contest will be voted on by the public, with the victor getting the opportunity to have a music video directed by Ciara herself. The video will premiere sometime this summer on the magazine's website.
Fans are encouraged to log onto the contest's website to vote for their favorite artist. Visitors of the site can also see and hear music clips from the three contestants as well as find out more about their individual projects.
In related news, Ciara recently took time out of her busy schedule to pay homage to her mom as part of BET's tribute special "Dear Mama: A Mother's Day Celebration." Ciara was featured alongside a long list of other celebrities including Usher, Bow Wow, Omarion, Macy Gray, Ashanti , Fantasia, Monica, Lil' Mama, Justine Simmons and Juelz Santana and their mothers.
